Great experience, 5 stars!! The HVAC service technician who came out when our AC unit quit working was great. He was polite, professional, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Knowing the unit would have to be replaced, he scheduled a follow appointment with a comfort advisor for the next day. Troy B was the comfort advisor. He walked us through all our options and explained everything thoroughly, making sure my wife and I had all the information we needed to make the best and most informed decision.
First, I made four inquiries to duct places. One Hour was the only one to respond, and did so within 24 hours. Dave was friendly, courteous, thorough, and informative. He took time to explain all of the levels of service, asking respectfully what we wanted to spend. It was a good experience. While I thought I was getting a serviceman, instead, I met a highly trained professional sales technician. Thank you, Dave
The tech was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and has excellent customer service skills! He explained why and what he was doing in layman's terms. His troubleshooting started with the quickest and least expensive fix before moving on. Note - we were without heat on the coldest weekend of the year with a holiday Monday! The tech came in for our comfort appointment (I believe it’s called) to sit down and talk about pricing for our furnace. We talked about multiple options and the financing for everything. He didn’t push us one way or another. He was very open and honest and did not beat around the bush with anything, and we LOVED that. He explained everything and answered so many questions, as we are young and have no idea what we are dealing with. He was kind, personable and truly just a great person to invite into our home! He is THE MAN!! We get our new furnace tomorrow!
